Apple Yana Haɓaka Ci Gaban Na'urar MR Mai Sauƙi Tare da Sabbin Sabbin Kayayyaki na MicroOLED

A cewar wani rahoto da The Elec ta fitar, Apple na ci gaba da haɓaka na'urar kai ta zamani mai haɗa gaskiya (MR), tana amfani da sabbin hanyoyin nuna allo na MicroOLED don rage farashi. Aikin ya mayar da hankali kan haɗa matatun launi tare da ƙananan na'urorin Micro OLED masu tushen gilashi, da nufin ƙirƙirar madadin na'urar kai ta Vision Pro mai rahusa.

Hanyoyi Biyu na Fasaha don Haɗa Tace Launi

Ƙungiyar injiniya ta Apple tana kimanta manyan hanyoyi guda biyu:

Zaɓin A:Haɗaɗɗen Gilashin Mai Launi Ɗaya (W-OLED+CF)

• Yana amfani da wani abu mai rufi na gilashi wanda aka lulluɓe da yadudduka masu haske fari na MicroOLED

• Yana haɗa jerin matatun launi ja, kore, da shuɗi (RGB) a saman

• Yana nufin ƙudurin PPI 1500 (idan aka kwatanta da 3391 PPI na silicon na Vision Pro)

Zaɓin B:Tsarin Gilashi Mai Layi Biyu

• Yana saka ƙananan na'urorin hasken OLED a kan ƙaramin gilashin

• Yana saka matrix ɗin tace launi a saman gilashin

• Ya cimma haɗin gani ta hanyar lamination daidai

Kalubalen Fasaha Masu Muhimmanci

Majiyoyi sun nuna cewa Apple ya fi son tsarin Thin-Film Encapsulation (TFE) don ƙera matatun launi kai tsaye a kan gilashin guda ɗaya. Duk da cewa wannan hanyar za ta iya rage kauri na'urar da kashi 30%, tana fuskantar manyan ƙalubale:

1. Yana buƙatar ƙera ƙananan zafin jiki (<120°C) don hana lalacewar kayan tace launi

2. Yana buƙatar daidaiton matakin micron don matatun PPI 1500 (idan aka kwatanta da 374 PPI a cikin allon ciki na Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6)

Fasahar Samsung mai launi akan encapsulation (CoE), wacce ake amfani da ita a wayoyin komai da ruwanka masu naɗewa, tana aiki a matsayin abin tunatarwa. Duk da haka, haɓaka wannan zuwa ƙayyadaddun belun kunne na MR yana ƙara rikitarwa sosai.

La'akari da Dabaru da Farashi na Tsarin Samar da Kayayyaki

• Samsung Display tana da matsayi don jagorantar samar da bangarori masu yawa na W-OLED+CF, ta amfani da ƙwarewarta ta COE.

• Tsarin TFE, kodayake yana da amfani ga siriri, yana iya ƙara farashin samarwa da kashi 15-20% saboda buƙatun daidaita matatun mai yawa.

Masu sharhi kan masana'antu sun lura cewa Apple na da nufin daidaita ingancin farashi da ingancin nuni, ta hanyar kafa wani matakin samfurin MR daban. Wannan matakin dabarun ya yi daidai da burinsa na mayar da gogewar MR mai inganci ta hanyar dimokuradiyya yayin da yake ci gaba da ƙirƙirar sabbin abubuwa masu inganci.
